We're a startup and need funding—can you find us an investor?
No, that would be unrealistic. We ensure that all the classic mistakes that make a successful investment impossible are avoided. This means we help prepare all the necessary information and documentation (strategy, financial planning, pitch deck, etc.) so that an investor doesn't dismiss you as "uninteresting." We can help define the right investor profiles, find them, and even manage the contact process.
Do you place staff in permanent positions?
We generally have an extensive network. We offer support in recruiting skilled workers, and we are open to all interested applicants; sometimes we can recruit suitable candidates from our network.
On what time and cost basis do the projects take place?
We strive to make a significant impact on you quickly. We only accept projects longer than six months and full-time support in particularly attractive cases involving matters close to our hearts. As a general rule, we strive to agree on deliverables, not hourly packages. If it only works on an hourly basis, we will endeavor to fill your gaps within the scope of 1-2 days a week.
What is your educational background and experience?
We are almost exclusively academics with backgrounds in economics and engineering. We met and gained experience in the goods industry, product and service development, project management, and the startup world.
Do you also work on a success and commission basis?
Cases where these compensation models would be appropriate are rare. A 100% fee is out of the question, as YOU would need to have skin in the game for our collaboration to work.
How quickly are you available?
Projects that can start with one day/week are very welcome and always have priority - let's start tomorrow.
